Villa Good News: A Luxury Villa for Rent

Villa Good News, also known as NEW, is a fully air-conditioned, contemporary 4+2 bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac just a short walk away from the beach. Offering full privacy and spectacular ocean views, the villa is truly something special.

Inside the Villa

Polished marble floors, crisp white walls and vaulted ceilings fill the spacious rooms of Villa Good News. Contemporary and antique furnishings, as well as numerous works of art, blend beautifully throughout the villa. On one side of the entrance is a large office space – which also serves as a TV room – with a large flat-screen TV and satellite. On the opposite side is a spacious gourmet kitchen featuring a flat-screen TV with satellite, a Sonos stereo system and a round glass table. The large living room, furnished with 4 sofas and several chairs, is accented by original artwork and soft recess lighting.

Bedrooms

Villa Good News boasts 6 bedrooms; 2 on the lower floor which are more suitable for teenagers or staff, and 4 on the main level. Two of the bedrooms on the main level are master bedrooms with ocean views, a full king-sized bed, separate dressing room, TV with U.S. satellite, and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have garden views, one with two twin beds that can be made up as a king-sized bed, and the other with a full king-sized bed. These bedrooms also have no formal dressing room, but provide ample closet space, TV with satellite and bathroom with shower. On the lower floor is a fully-equipped fitness room and the additional bedrooms. While these bedrooms have no view and are only accessible from the stairs inside the house, they can be great options for teenagers or staff. One of the bedrooms is similar to the bedrooms upstairs, but with a queen-sized bed and a small ensuite bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a queen-sized bed, as well as a sleeper sofa. A small bathroom, similar to the one in the other downstairs bathroom, completes this room.

Outside the Villa

An extensive deck with loungers surrounds the heated pool, but there are several other seating areas in the sun, as well as in the shade of the palm trees, all benefiting from the expansive views. An additional sunbathing level with loungers was created a bit lower on the edge of the cliff, while nearby stairs lead down to the sea.

Additional Information

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children ages 10 and older.
